Paul McCartney & Wings -"Band On The Run" Eleven two and three dimensional Speed Graphs Show Speed in Real Space, supervised by James C.C. Manning

These are speed graphs of the Paul McCartney & Wings' song called Band On The Run, words and music by Linda McCartney and Paul McCartney.

As you can see in the chart, the first part of the song is in the speed teritory of loneliness, and the lyrics so reflect -

"Stuck inside these four walls,
Set inside forever,
Never seeing No one,
nice again!"

The second part lies in the speed territory of victory
"And the county judge?
Who held a grudge?
Will search forever more!
For the band on the run!
Band on the run."

The measurements and speed maps were created under the supervision of James C.C. Manning,

"'Band on the Run' is the title song from Paul McCartney and Wings' acclaimed Band on the Run album, one of McCartney's most ambitious and best-loved songs. It is comprised of a three-part structure that revolves around the themes of escape and liberation. The song features prominently on every McCartney/Wings best-of compilation and in McCartney's live shows. The song was considered the best evidence that McCartney's muse had not deserted him after The Beatles.

George Harrison had contributed the line in the middle section "If we ever get out of here."

A part of the middle section would later be sampled by Tone Lōc on his 1989 track "Cutting Rhythms", but had to be removed as permission was not given. Eve Of Summer remixed it in 2007, for their album '7'."
