Katharine McPhee says about Beyonce's cover of the Bee Gees' "Emotion," meanspace=0.689 seconds: 'You never would have known someone else sang it'

Katharine McPhee was the runner up on last year's American Idol, and as a "celebrity" she has introduced a playlist to iTunes, and it is now part of the iTunes "Celebrity Playlist" catalogue offers.


One of the songs on the compilation is "Emotion." This song was recorde by the Bee Gees originally, and judging by Katharine McPhee's comments one never woud have thought! says the runner up:
"I love this cover. Beyonce's vocals are ridiculous and perfect [sic]. You never would have known someone else sang it. She owned it."

Agent 607 measured the elementary speeds for the Destiny Child choice as:

meanspace=0.689 seconds per beat
